When you use the collaboration form, you may provide your inquiry subject, name, email address, phone or messenger details and message. Only information you choose to submit is collected through the form.

Cloudflare and the hosting platform may process limited technical request, device, network and security data needed to deliver and protect the website. This can include IP address, request headers, timestamps and challenge results.

Your privacy and accessibility choices are stored locally in your browser so the site can remember them on your device. The audio player stores its selected track, position, queue and playback settings in this browser tab’s session storage; restoring the tab does not start playback automatically.

Your information is used to review and respond to business, collaboration, press, licensing and content inquiries; prevent abuse; maintain website security; and meet applicable legal obligations.

Your information is not sold and is not added to a marketing list. No automated decision-making or profiling is used.

FormSubmit processes collaboration form submissions and delivers them by email. FormSubmit states that submissions may be retained for up to 30 days.

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce spam and abuse. A verification token is checked on the server before a collaboration inquiry is delivered. The website is delivered using hosting and network infrastructure provided by OpenAI and Cloudflare.

Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Zaraz provide aggregate page, performance and interaction statistics without creating an advertising profile. Interaction counts can include selections of music platforms, the press kit, a confirmed collaboration-form completion, track starts, 30 seconds of actual listening, completed tracks and sharing actions. Player events include the track slug and page path; they do not include the locally saved queue or listening position. Form field contents are not sent with these events.

The embedded Spotify player is disconnected until you permit external media. If enabled, Spotify may process device, network and usage information under its own privacy terms.

FormSubmit may retain submitted form data for up to 30 days. Messages delivered to the sylonexx mailbox are normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact.

Information may be retained longer where an active collaboration, agreement, dispute or legal obligation requires it.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict its processing.

Because the website and its service providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside the Russian Federation or your country of residence. Service providers apply their own privacy terms and safeguards.

Cloudflare security features may set strictly necessary cookies, including challenge or clearance cookies. Aggregate site and interaction measurement can run without analytics cookies. The embedded Spotify player remains disconnected until you make a choice.

Cloudflare Turnstile may process limited device, network and challenge information when the form is submitted. Direct links to Spotify, Apple Music, TikTok, Instagram and other external services are governed by their own privacy policies.

Where applicable, processing is based on your consent, the steps needed to answer your inquiry, legitimate security interests or a legal obligation. Optional consent can be withdrawn through the site controls.
